Shipping and Payments

When my order will be fulfilled?

All deskpads are made to order just for you and will be shipped out within 6 weeks from placing the order because we produce deskpads in batches. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

 

To which countries do you ship your products?

We ship our products all over the world.

I am based in Europe, are VAT and other taxes already included?

VAT is already included for orders to countries in European Union. (including UK)
You won’t pay any additional import fees or taxes as deskpads gallery is based in Poland.

How do you ship your products?

All orders are shipped as postal matters and will be delivered to you by your local post office.
(ex. USPS for the US, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Singapore Post for Singapore, Deutsche Post for Germany, Australia Post for Australia etc.)

How to change my shipping address?

We will need to process it manually so if you want to change/update your shipping address please just contact us as fast as possible.

How long does the shipping last?

From 6 to 10 working days depending on the location.
If you’re in a hurry and you need to know exactly when to expect the delivery, please contact us.

How much does the shipping cost?

Worldwide shipping costs 7.99 USD per 1 deskpad. (they are heavy…)

What payment methods do you accept?

debit/credit cards (service provided by Stripe), Paypal

Refund, Exchange, Replacement

My deskpad has stains, misprinting, dust/dirt particles etc., what should I do?

First thing – sorry about the issue. Please take some photos and just contact us.
We will help you as fast as possible. (by sending a replacement, partial refund or trying to remove the artifacts)

How to return the product and get a refund?

Let us know that you want to return the product within 14 days from receiving it. Every issue is considered individually, just contact us. Please keep in mind that the product you want to return has to be in a pristine condition.

How to exchange one product for another?

Color accuracy

Because of the printing method used and other factors like different screen settings, the CMYK color scope and your personal understanding of colors – there is a slight chance that the colors will vary slightly between units from different batches and between what you’ve seen on your mobile/desktop screen.

How to clean my deskpad?

To clean a deskpad/deskmat, place it in a flat position in a bowl, bathtub, or sink.
Fill with warm water and add a small amount of dish soap or laundry detergent.
Soak for a minute, then use a soft brush to scrub the surface.
Rinse thoroughly until no soap remains and no soap bubbles appear.
Let the deskpad drip entirely and then blot it with a towel before hanging to fully dry.

Why some designs are more expensive?

While the cost of producing deskpads is the same all the time, some artworks, licences, work of artists cost more.
